I agree but I think Blackburn were happy to let us have the ball, a dangerous game because any team down one goal could score. Well not us but you get my drift.
I really don’t know what the solution is. It’s easy to say we need a striker but if we had a good one today, would we have scored. I can’t remember Vipotnik touching the ball.
We delivered some reasonable crosses but whoever was there was under too much pressure or they were cleared.
I think we need to be sharper of mind and create more space out wide and in the box. We seem to be always down dead ends. | |

Teams,all of them ,know we play one way,and that is via Grimes ,a player with no pace ,heading ability nor one who is ever likely to offer a shot at goal.
Therefore ,they can rel@x as he is no threat at all. And he isn’t . Forget the praise that some read. It’s a p take from other co@ches who know how to set their team up.
We were never going to score today . Never.
For goodness sake,Yates scored today, a lazy,cowardly ineffective perfiferal player for us .
It is the way we are coached and set up .
Williams is worse than Martin . We desperately need a coach of sone stature and Williams is not.
