Ticket website versus office 16:35 - Oct 3 with 647 views | SullutaCreturned | I tried to buy 2 tickets for Stoke via the website, tried 3 times, third time it took my money but said the transaction had times out and I needed to start again....irritating. I phoned the ticket office and spoke to a very nice lady who had a look, could see the money had been taken and said she'd email the tickets straight out and less than 30 seconds after hanging up, there they were. Technology can be a pain in the harris but speak to the right person and et voila. Thank you madam.

But sadly Paul abbadabatonodo would get his call centre booking all out tickets and not buying them for a story of how much bigger the bluetits are 😂

I am becoming a luddite, as time passes I find the tech replacing people to be more and more annoying. We use an Ipad in work, our jobs come through on an app and it's rubbish, it holds us up, it slows us down and some days it doesn't work at all and we use email. Thing is doing it by email has never failed.
