Pre and post match 10:15 - Sep 22 with 1328 views | MytchettSaint | Got the train down yesterday as I went to a gig at heartbreakers in the evening. One thing struck me after some discussion on here re the fanzones and the quality of alcoholic beverages in plastic pint pots. I went to O’Neils instead of the painted wagon in the hope of avoiding plastic cups, no luck in there and it tasted awful, tried the pool bar next door - same in there, in fact everywhere bar the mayflower after the game were serving drinks in plastic pint pots. Is there anywhere that uses glasses on match day anymore? Haven’t been to Oxford street since moving my ST. Is it just the top of town that insists on selling drinks in plastic?

| We thought that we had the answers,
It was the questions we had wrong. |

Decent choice of beers to choose from. Lots of Saints fans around, gets a bit crowded in the winter months when few are occupying the outside seating. Good pub, good beer & a good atmosphere.
