Sinclair's managed 8 goals in 80 professional games. I like him in some ways, but wonder how long it'll take him to score another 8, even.

As for Willock, sadly, his career now seems to be circling the Championship plughole.

If I were Richards' career advisor, I'd feel inclined to suggest early retirement. He brings about as much to the party as Leon Jeanne.

Talking of ex ‘players’ , Danny Murphy on Match of the Day last night flagged up everything a lot of us were criticising Iragboenum for when he was here.
Really good footballer with bundles of talent but he switches off and defensively either very naive and still learning or very lazy . I think it’s the former .

I remember Clive saying something like “others let players run off the back of them …Iragboenum lets them run off the front”

Yes that was my big beef about him, the switching off thing for large parts of the game. Which you may suck up for a while if you're going to benefit later from the experience he's gaining but not if he's a loan player where you want them to hit the ground running.

Laird on the other hand just can't be bothered I think. Another one with lots of talent but jogs around too much of the time.
