Toyed with this idea last season. Shall we have a thread to discuss, comment on, cover the rest of the league? A place to discuss other teams’ results, performances, financial implosions, etc?

For example, last night, anyone catch either of the first two games? I didn’t. But somewhat surprised/worried Blackburn scored 4 given how they are meant to struggle. Was it Derby being utter sh*te?

Sounds like Preston are continuing in the same vein of being incredibly dull.

Clive, what do you think? Worth making a sticky? Might reduce the number of threads to manage.

What would really be funny would be dirty Lids finishing 3rd again and us beating them in the play offs or better still in the final. How extra special would that make promotion!

I noticed that C. Willock both started and scored yesterday. My word.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

Derby have lost their last 5.

Should have lost 2-0 last night. Anybody got any idea why Sunderland's second was ruled out? We have the same ref on Saturday so....

It was the last leg of my over 1.5 goals accumulator so it didn't go down well with me when I saw that earlier.

Offside according to the commentator, but it took an age for them to decide that one of the two Sunderland players were off.

Whittaker been left out of the Plymouth squad tonight. Sure Burnley did ths last time too, signing Obafemi I think just to name a rival striker who will in all likeliness not even play that much for them! He'll be on loan with us in 12 months time

Wednesday winning 1-0 which means they leapfrog us into 9th. How dare they, bastards.

But it means we claim it back when we beat them regardless if Bristol win Saturday.

Shea Charles is playing for them despite their terrible owner saying that Southampton had recalled him?
He’s one of their best players so hopefully it happens before Saturday……

According to the BBC Sport website "Meanwhile, midfielder Shea Charles plays his final game before returning to parent side Southampton."

Burnley 5 up at HT away at Plymouth!
Makes you wonder what the score would have been if we’d got an early goal.

As have the owners. Selling your best player on the (relative) cheap while rock bottom. Think one spot is locked in down there

0-5 at half time - my word. Shame we didn't give them a tonking, would have done wonders for our g/d. But imagine if it had finished 0-0, so happy out. Other results going as well as could be expected tonight.

Replacing Dozzell with Hayden is a scientifically proven way to maintaining a survival push, that is for sure!

I think today is the day the Plymouth manager realised what he has got himself into. We could have scored 5 on Saturday too

Last night I looked at tonight’s games
So we need Norwich to lose to Leeds
And Sheffield Weds and Bristol draw.

Low and behold- everything is going our way - this week at least

Looking at that table tonight it feels like a win on Saturday would be massive in terms of changing the focus of our season.

If we don’t QPR it as usual of course

Stoke the latest team desperately trying to join the bottom of the table ordure.

Increasingly feels like we're the bloke who threw the first punch in a pub brawl, swiftly exited and are now watching from the safety of across the road while the entire pub beats seven bells out of each other.
