Interesting that a second interested party has now come forward.
I wonder if they saw the news that we were up for sale on BBC and popped a quick letter to SG.
The sceptic in me suspects this second party were known but not declared before the shareholder vote.

The second investors have been on the scene for a while, that was explained in their press release. Gauge insisted WSH were the only interested party and tried pushing the deal through as soon as possible. He's a desperate man who clearly isn't thinking properly, he needs withdrawing from the process and quickly. [Post edited 9 Mar 2024 6:00]

I agree. He is losing the trust and confidence of shareholders as was apparent from conversations at the EGM on Thursday. His overbearing attitude towards shareholders along with his embarrassing and snide comments, shows he is becoming a risk to the whole process. The deal needed, is the one that is best for the club, not the one that is best for SG. | |

Again when did gauge say WSH were the only bid. He’s said there have been a number of investors for a while. Even at the EGM in that shocking introduction he said that this was not a vote on WSH and that they were expecting another LOI that came.
