All the great managers seem to have the knack of getting every player to know what their role is.
The exact same players look better because they are getting on with their job, starting with the simple things, plus they trust the other guys to do theirs and don't hare off out of position to fix other players' screw-ups.
Obviously you still get beaten by better sides, the more complicated things don't always come off for more limited players, but that's normal, no-one is screaming at each other about that. | | | |
