You realise that the Scum only picked this story by monitoring message boards and their story is also largely a google translate of the original article from Belgium? It reads so poorly. No attempt to verify the story at all, just selective cut paste and sensationalise.
Reality is that we know very little about facts of any case, but seems odd that French police appear to have found insufficient evidence to proceed with any criminal case and the incident, whatever it was, seems to have taken place there rather than Belgium. Difficult to see how to demonstrate beyond all reasonable doubt what happened given time lapsed and unless their is video evidence its likely to be a lot of conflicting witness statements at best.
