Loves a card by the looks of it.

It's being so happy that keeps me going.

I would ... (just saying).

Red card, after a VAR check which showed that even though you did not do anything, you nevetheless thought it.

The only remote pleasure to be had in following us this season is the returns on Field-Colback being booked. Given those card stats tomorrow looks like a day to double down on that.

Poll: Is time up for Ainsworth?

I was certain we'd get Stroud for this game.

Should Clive lock this thread early?

Look, as long as we agree with everything she says, we’ll all be fine.

I can assure you it works, I’ve been married for 35 years.

I NEVER thought that I would see the day......I am looking forward to watching her performance and making my own assessment, it should be very interesting.

Pretty sure she can't do any worse than the men.

Poll: How old is everyone on here?

Tomorrow's referee on 18:05 - Jan 5 with 3823 viewsnumptydumpty

Am not going tomorrow

Think it's a disgrace to charge season ticket holders and even more so those that go away most games £25 to watch two reserve teams in a knockabout.

But will be very interesting how the players react when they surround the referee to dispute dodgy decisions.
.
That could be a positive outcome of a woman in charge and if the fans don't like her decisions, what are they going to chant....

Poll: Where will we finish next season ???

Good to see must be first time we have had a female ref take charge ? I know a few have run the line

Poll: Now it’s slightly clearer cut who do you want as manager ?

Who cares what the Ref’s gender is? That said, funny how there’s no male Refs in women’s football though

It was asn easy game for the referee.

Totally in control & if there was a mistake by her, it would have been very minor.

I did like her smile it does soften the blow when its a bad call but in her defense she had an excellent game QPR just pushed the self destruct button.
On a general note do you think having a female ref would cut out some of the venom players spit at refs nowadays espiceally in the PL.
I am thinking of Bruno Fernandes the whining pr*ck and most of his team

Because she managed it well. Billing tried to get in her ear early doors. Yellow card. Done. That didn’t happen again. Both teams played honestly i thought, but thought ref was v good.

Bare bones.

Have to agree, the best reffed game we've had this season.

She did well. Booked Billing and Armstrong for dissent though not others but can’t give what you don’t see. Maybe it was an easy game to ref anyway- maybe she ensured it was.

Not related to her but the cynical foul on Armstrong at the end should be a red IMO. I saw one very similar for Millwall I think given as a red but 99% are yellow. Would be “endangering the opponent” for me.

Said it on the other thread but that was an obvious foul on Dunne for their winner.

Tomorrow's referee on 18:35 - Jan 6 with 3107 viewsWatford_Ranger

I thought it would normally be given at the time but knowing Dunne I figured he got himself in a difficult position and tried to buy a foul.

She probably wouldn't though given the likelihood you're old enough to be her grandfather.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

Tomorrow's referee on 18:39 - Jan 6 with 3085 viewsWesty75

Just seen the highlights - very clear foul. Shocked our players didn’t appeal.

Is that why men can't do it anymore?
