Spot on.Received nothing but not surprised, haven't done for ages and they have my details. The Club and Trust have been aware of this issue for ages but its just been allowed to carry on. Most Shareholders are Trust members i assume. The Chairman is Teflon, he can do what he wants and appears to be untouchable. I am sick and tired of hearing from the board,,to our faces,,at every meeting we have with them,,that "we value our supporters" and "communication will improve".
As I said in a previous post,,my son and myself were missed off a previous email shot as we were at "the bottom of a list that was missed".
I would love to know what the criteria for that 'list' was.
Alphabetically? My sons email addy starts with a C. Mine with an R
By name? His starts with a C. Mine with an S.
By listing on the ticketing system? I am,he is not
By surname on the share holders listing,,as he's my stepson,,his is H,,mine is R,,so on every single criteria for listing names we are at top and bottom of the alphabet but we both got missed off. Hmm.
