It will be interesting to see what happens here, Taylors seen in the inside training video so we can confirm he's alive and fit, can Marti be the one to get him on the pitch playing?

Lot mentioned about Richards but do we know he is actually any good? He’s hardly had an illustrious career to date and has shown almost nothing since joining us, at least with Willock we know he has potential.

I won't hold my breath. Only QPR could blow their budget on a player like Richards.

Personally more interested in getting Chair and Willock more importantly performing again to the level we know they can get up to. Taylor Richards for me nothing to see here.

Be great if we could have a full firing fromt 3 of Richards, Chair and Willock. I have visions of them linking up really well.

Based on the 5 minutes or so ive actually seen of Richards anyway.

From the very little we have seen, IMO Taylor is the nearest we have in style to Eze but without the application. The trio of BOS, Eze & Chair was a quality combination and it would be a major step forward if we could repeat it with Chair, Willock and Richards.
Time will tell.

This is more about the kid sorting his head out than anything else. Then his fitness and then his application to actually play. He has a lot to prove here if he is ever going to make a career out of football. It's last chance saloon but I hope he does actually apply himself and play. He has miles of ability but we don't really have a lot of time to afford him to show it.

Never knowingly right.

If he can get a few games out of him, it will be amazing. But in reality, the player is now so used to not playing and only training that I suspect he will never make it.

In a few years, he will be in L2, banging them in and talking about a new lease of life and all that. Then he will get at a nice Champ move, and it will happen again.

JET style.

Was Jesus Christ Spanish???

If Marti can get anything out of this waster then I’ll be inviting him to my parties as he’ll be well handy when we run out of wine or only got a couple of loaves and a fish to eat.

Rank incompetence to be committing millions to a waster like this

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

Hmmmm. In that light, if Richards does ever make a reappearance on the pitch, I wonder if someone could create a chant for him to the tune of the chorus for "I am the Resurrection" by the Stone Roses...

On the back of liking Tweets slagging off Ainsworth when he was sacked , the dickhead shouldn't ever play for Rangers again!!

Did he really do that ? Surely a club can fine players that don't toe the line ?

There's a new manager in town who's wiping the slate clean, so it's the perfect time for Taylor to pull his finger out. Richards is a midfielder by trade and we're extremely light in that area on Saturday with Dozzell and Colback both missing, so he won't have a better opportunity to force his way into the reckoning. That being said, tactically I see him more as an attacking midfielder, positions that are likely to be taken by Illy and Willy. Could he perform a more disciplined holding role? I'm not so sure. I'm also not convinced that mentally he's up to the physical side of Rotherham away on a wet Saturday afternoon in November.

All in all, it'll be interesting to see what Marti thinks as if Richards can't make an impression under this manager, he probably never will.

I'd be really surprised if he made any major changes in personnel from what GA was picking beyond what he's forced into. He's only had a couple of days to look at them. The recent fringe players have more chance of coming into the reckoning next week. Granted, Willock may be the exception to this.

Marti Cifuentes x Taylor Richards on 16:04 - Nov 3 with 14947 viewsQPROslo

Didn't he have a season on loan at Doncaster Rovers and do ok there? A trip to Rotherham should be no problem for him and we are short in midfield. But I got no idea if he is fit and ready, very doubtful that he'd start as I can't remember seeing him play this season.

True, though 1 swallow doesn't make a spring. That being said, I'd prefer to play a genuine midfielder (albeit one with some issues) in central midfield as opposed to shoehorning the likes of Kakay or Paal in there, as some are suggesting. Play Field alongside him to guide and mentor.

Granted with such limited time to prepare he may have to rely on the backroom staff this week but given the injury to JCS, and suspensions of Dozzell and Colback, he has to make changes.

Richards is a strange one.

I personally for some time went along the mental health line and thought the guy may have had a troubled time and can't move forwards in his life, which can and does happen to many many people.

There have been a few alarm bells for me

Liking tweets that your manager has been sacked is poor in the extreme. You can be off work with your mental health absolutely and it can be ongoing but if you are, I have been myself on occasions even if you struggling liking that your boss has been sacked is arrogance and not nice. Uncalled for also.

I did notice the look of arrogance of his when the haka was done.

He showed tiny amounts of promise and technical skill under Beale but has been hidden ever since.

The Instagram posts when he was treating his mates to VIP treatment when at the exact same time in team was away at Middlesbrough, was stupid inappropriate and again sadly quite arrogant.

Admittedly with mental health you can act erratically but such things and the tying shoe laces when someone wanted to pass to him. Whg would you do yhat ???

I have stood up fir him previously with his best mates murder but ghe behaviour is really wrong. He us definitely not fit, bit overweight and it definitely seems like he does not have the temperrant and motivation to commit to professional footballer.

So many boys are let go from academies and they are devastated.

This boy has been seen by two premier league outfits before us and they have seen something in him but it's not worked.

I can't see him ever seeing him doing anything. He us supposedly a QPR fan so if he can't get up and change his approach for us, can't see him working even in non league.

If it was a normal business, am sure there must he a way of letting him go. For a start, disciplinarian for the arrogance to be out at boutiques spending big whilst work is going on. That's on a par with getting paralytic on work time. Unacceptable generally.

There have always been players.

Ravel Morrison quoted as being unbelievably talented. Never made it but did have spells. Bit like Adel was superb one season and then very sporadic form, from the man.

But I can't see Richards ever doing anything at all. I don't think it's ever going yo happen

He is like a property that no one is interested in buying. Even for bargain basement prices. Some of his actions almost sackable in other environments.

I think the best we can do with Taylor is wait fir him to misbehave so legally we can get rid or cone to some kind of mutual agreement to get rid with compensation. Sadly I think either are better options than him staying here for next two and a half seasons, supposedly so I hear in the highest wages of the entire squad.

A bonkers transfer.

I was all for going down the mental health element, which I am sympathetic to, but I feel this is much much more than this but strangely there is zero noise from the club at all about Taylor.

Is he mafiosi and Al Capone is putting the frighteners on Hoos !@@! Flippant comment kind if !!!

One day we may know more but can't sadly see any positive outcomes with this boy.but very fantastic if it came off but I don't think it will.

The silence from the club is strange !!!

I think he has 6 weeks to prove himself - otherwise I would send him to Scotland or L2 on loan at least re-coup some of his wages and see if thats the jolt of playing for St Mirren or Colchester gives him the wake up call.
