Dale game was briefly playing for a few seconds, but by the time I'd got it cast to the TV it had disappeared.
I know what you mean about service - go and try to find a customer service contact! The only contact (email) I can find when crawling the site is in the terms and conditions!!! | |

Im in the middle of a dispute with them that will end ip in small claims court even though its only £22 monthly subscription. They do reply to my emails but dont answer the questions. I wont spend another penny with them until this is resolved | | | |

Contacted their customer service as you're entitled to a refund of you're without footage for over 30% of the game and got this in response:

We acknowledge that the stream is currently unavailable and are taking necessary measures to fix the problem. We anticipate a prompt resolution and apologize for any inconvenience caused. I followed up my previous email this morning and within minutes they returned my mail and refunded me 5.51 (GPB) to my payment card used.
To anyone else, seems like they are only refunding when chased, unless others have received it already.
