As I see it and correct me if I'm wrong. Loyalty points are what you get for buying match tickets to enable you to have priority on purchasing tickets. I see nothing wrong with this being reset every season.
Loyalty cash is the percentage you get back for purchases in the club shop and is attached to your season ticket, which you can spend on more merchandise. | | | |

Many seasons of subsidised away tickets.

Where do the loyalty points shw please? I ask because I have bought JA memberships and tickets for WBA and I can't see any loyalty points and according to the app I haven't bought any match tickets either.

The pints are literally only used for cardiff games every single season. Now, people will just go to 2 games just to get Cardiff tickets where people who went to every game last season away could miss out. Yes sounds reasonable. | |

When you are logged in on the ticket page, look at your profile. It now says “SEASON TICKET HOLDER 2023-24, and JA Season ticket holder 2023-24.
It has always shown your loyalty points next to this.
Also people,in your network, it showed their points total too.
Now since last week there are no points showing.
The points are useful for high profile games, especially if we get to a final, or play offs. It rewards supporters who have made the effort to get to games over the years.
