If you get an email inviting you to do a survey, don't bother!!! I never learn so started to do it, what a load of rubbish, started off OK asking if I was a season ticket holder, did I go away etc. Then showed me a screen listing all the Premiership teams - please tick which ones have you heard of!!!!!
Further on, questions about Everton and Fulham, at this point I gave up.
