To consolidate in the Championship we've got to grow the fanbase.
We should be looking at a minimum 20K capacity stadium. Not more than 25K - that'd be too many.
This would allow for maximising away fan revenue and growing to 17K 18K home fans for big matches.
That places a fully completed stadium at around 22/23K for sustainable Championship football. don' think a new east alone will do that. We'll eventually need something else as well. [Post edited 14 Dec 2022 19:40]
