I agree, but you tend to see it with all modern coaches for some reason. I like Robbie, but I am worried that he has not learned from last season and what is more worrying is the lack of depth and to some extent quality in the midfield. What worries me,is thatwe are at least two players short in midfield and as we observed on Saturday, the midfield was dominated by Crewe, and our midfield showed a serious lack of ability in the first half.
I want Robbie to succeed, but he needs to wise up and learn that sticking with same system and plan, home and away no matter how bad the team performs is a not a sensible approach. | | | |

Facts are he will know he’s got to get results. To say he should be sacked now makes little sense as the squad has just been assembled, however we can’t carry on starting games in a similar manner and losing.
