Companies House was notified yesterday (one day after her 79th birthday) that Denise Valarie Courtnell was terminated as a director of Morton House on the 5th October 2021:
Officially it can only be Faisal? With the help of 'advisor' Matt Southall?
It feels like they are in a bit of a panic, cutting and running whenever investigations start to get too hot... but they must realise every move is probably being watched by authorities and just makes it all look more and more suspicious!

Another One Bites The Dust... DVC has gone! on 09:38 - May 19 with 3900 views
There are a couple of thoughts in my mind on this one, having digested the news this morning.
Firstly, is this as a result of court ordered mediation between MH & Dale? Realistically DVC probably wouldn't be up for getting in a room with the club and solicitors, is this her way out?
Secondly, is the timing of this too coincidental?
3rd October - Southall tries to cancel EGM 5th October - Courtnell 'resigns' from Morton House
15th May (ish) - Southall home is sold w/c 16th May - You'd expect Southall's creditors to be paid, meaning no disqualifying conditions stopping him becoming a company director 18th May - Companies House updates to show Courtnell has resigned
Is anybody else expecting Southall to now become a director of Morton House?
I can see his statement now : 'As MH are taking legal action against unfair prejudice by XX, all of their time and resource is going into that. I have agreed to step in as a director, rather than contracted advisor, to alleviate some of the pressure from MH and use my expertise to ensure a positive outcome. MH will take ownership of RAFC blah blah blah...'

If this sham case ever does, by some miracle, make it to court, does anyone from MH actually need to be present, or can their case be made entirely by legal representatives?
