Here are 2 stories that illustrate my concern over NHS patient treatment.
The first is COVID and involves Monoclonal Antibodies.
Last year the then President Trump was succesfully treated with them (brand name REGEN-COV) and he declared he would make the treatment available to everybody in the US and it was. It proved successful and popular amongst doctors and clinics, but not many hospitals which continued with the deadly CDC/FDA promoted Remdesivir instead. That was until Biden's new government took control of the distribution of REGEN, when it was severely restricted, does that sound familiar?

In the UK the NHS is not using Monoclonal Antibodies even for those with compromised immune systems, let alone as a standard treatment of care.
Here is the article

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-10224691/Has-jab-farce-landed-hundred

The quote is this
"Blood Cancer UK is calling on Ministers to do more to protect at-risk patients, including granting access to promising new drugs called monoclonal antibodies that can protect weakened immune systems against Covid.
The drugs, such as Ronapreve, can prevent the virus as well as treat it, but there has been no announcement on their use in those who are at risk.
‘It is unclear when they will become available,’ says Gemma Peters. ‘Blood cancer patients are being left in the dark, once again.’"

The second is not about COVID but about "Best Practice" which I am sure many of you are aware of.
You have very concerned doctors that work tirelessly to find the ways to save lives, which they then prove they work.
In this case, concerning severe blood loss it has [b/not been universely adopted throughout the UK, the question had to be why not?
What is wrong with the medical system that "proven best practices" are not adopted ASAP, not just in the NHS, but worldwide?
The story is here and the treatment is cheap.

We have been inundated with propaganda over Climate Change and COP26 over the last few months, billions have been spent and we had about 30,000 interested parties flown in from all over the world to discuss a possible threat in 50 to 100 years time.
COVID has supposedly killed over 5 million people worldwide in 18 months. Where is the COVID equivalent of COP26 where all the best practices are discussed and agreed upon so that the every country can get the best outcome?
Where is the sort of cash for poor countries that have been promised to them to fight climate change to fight COVID?
