FWIW I did mine online - at the third attempt, I managed to get 2 x cup tickets at the same time fully online with no calls to the box office.

So I got the standard TicketShafter confirmation email.

I guess you're going to have to call the box office. Worst case they can arrange for printed copies for you to pick up at the other end.

Now Thursday afternoon and still not received my tickets that were bought a week ago today. To be honest, I've not had any post from Royal mail this week and neither has my next door neighbour (just checked with them). What a ball ache.
