Sign in to your ticketing account, select the Newport game, then it will come up if you are eligible. (ST holders 9.30 to 12.30, Members 12.30 to 15.30 and 15.30 onwards is general).
As the site does not let you pick your own seats, you have to use the option where it allocates you the best seats available - then you can check them on the seat map once allocated and you can still change them if you don't like where you have been given.
In all quite straight forward, considering the predicted pandemonium. | |

That's how it should have worked!!! Signed in at 9.30 Away games showing (Newcastle but no Newport game) kept refreshing nothing tried until 10:15, had other things to do so gave up.

Yeh, I got my Newcastle tickets at 9 as I thought they went on sale then, only later I saw it was 930. Not an issue for me obvs, but I think there are issues at the ticket office!
BTW, are you sat in the same place this season? If so, I owe you a few shillings where my kids were in your taxi at Everton as I had to go up earlier to pick up a ticket as one of their tickets hadn't turned up in the post 😀 | | | |
