Very happy with Husband being our first choice left back for the forseeable future.
He's much better on the ball and at going forward than people give him credit for. It's a herd mentality thing - one person says it and those who don't know any better follow along. Despite his ball skills and overlapping, this critcism is something that'll stick to Husband like mud.
For example: in the first 20 seconds of this video (at home against PNE) look how Husband receives the ball on his chest, takes a touch, and then sets it up on a plate for Anderson to score. Top quality -
You see what he can do like that and people still slate him for lack of skill and forward play. Joke.
