Asian is a race, White, Black, but Welsh, no.
Norwich, Ipswich...Anglia, it's a region of England which is a nation not a race.

You understanding is not good. Lets establish first of all we are all partly mongrels.Any talk of pure bloodlines needs ditching.
Celts are a race. They have common Gene freatures with Scots irish and Bretons. They also have similar languages. British is not a race it is a nationality.
Asian is not a race. Koreans and Pakistani are completely different in both genes physical appearanace and languages and culture. Koreans are a race. Black people are basically African with similar gene patterns and physical appearance.
