No Humphrys. Christ.
Hamstring injury indicates he wonβt be back too quickly either. Need a striker in before Tuesday. [Post edited 23 Jan 2021 14:04]

Match Thread: Gillingham v Rochdale on 14:07 - Jan 23 with 5830 views | 442Dale | The Lynch situation will be a wait and see too. Beesley not fit to start but on the bench is strange, surely not worth risking further?

Match Thread: Gillingham v Rochdale on 14:13 - Jan 23 with 5729 views | mightydale | Second season under BBM where our injury record has been horrendous. Surely there's something wrong with our back room staff, can't be all down to bad luck.

O'Connell has had hamstring issues before and Humphrys has played a lot of games in a very short period after being out with his knee. Its just one of those things - players get injured.

Match Thread: Gillingham v Rochdale on 14:37 - Jan 23 with 5418 views | fitzochris | Probably similar to the McLaughlin situation against Wigan. Hope to get through the game without risking him but if disaster strikes, he has to come on. Another indictment of a small, depleted squad, sadly.

It is so frustrating going into a game looking below us in the table rather than above because it is so unlikely we will get anything from game.
Match Thread: Gillingham v Rochdale on 15:05 - Jan 23 with 5144 views | DaleiLama | Hopefully the fact we are playing underwater will give us a chance? Worst picture of the season so far. Anyone else's bad?

Match Thread: Gillingham v Rochdale on 15:10 - Jan 23 with 5094 views | fitzochris | Well I see a familiar pattern of play from us, so Iβm guessing my picture is fine :)

Match Thread: Gillingham v Rochdale on 15:18 - Jan 23 with 4972 views | fitzochris | Yes they were good efforts. In the main though, we have reverted to type. Backwards passing as there is no out ball - and a big gap between our centre halves, which is worrying me no end as Gillingham press (as they did at our place). The plan, given the available personnel, needs to be to keep it tight and pray for something on the counter. A point here would be very welcome. Interesting that the Gills commentators picked up on our weaknesses within five minutes. I pray theyβre not exploited.
