now than it ever was previously

Well done

It’s helped that the few who regarded it as their own play thing previously and ruined it in the process aren’t around any longer or rarely visit anyway

You know who you are

It’s a good place. Keith has let it be known what is tolerated and it s hard for jerks like me to toe the line but it s worth the effort. For sure,it is now a safe site.

Plenty of spice in debates but no real bitterness.

We should have reined ourselves in years ago.

Keith knocked the ball right out of the park on deadline day, everything he reported was A1. This has become in one month one hell of a swans fans website. I'm proud of my bro tonight.

Spot on.

Throughout the day, couldn't wait to log in to see the latest bit of breaking news (often before it broke !?), hot off the press. Never seen that level of insight before. All of that together with K's Ins & Outs thread (continuously updated summary) a breath of fresh air.

Think My Haynes has made us rethink what we post and how we phrase .

Yesterday was terrific and to a humble lad like me seemed very professionally done.

He got some chutzpah for sure

It was fantastic inside info from Keith wasn’t it.
Best deadline day on here I can remember.

...and the site in general has improved ten fold.
Well done Keith and Loyal 👍

Indeed and as Loyal mentions, your great transfers thread, with its updated list at the top. All great stuff. Delighted.

Play nicely Chad.

I've called out Darran over a number of things over the years, including hounding posters.

Yeah this forum is spot on, anyone know where jack247 has gone though? good poster.

Not sure why Daz gets so much stick though, he's a character, I like the fella personally.

good job Keith this site has improved hugely.

Agreed.

For me the modus operandi ought to be:
- We're in the Club bar, having a few pints, talking football and other stuff - posters should only post what they would be man or woman (etc) enough to say face to face.

Pretty sure some of the stuff some of the posters say, wouldn't be said in that setting (but we are a million miles away from where we were before, thanks to Keith, Loyal et al)

Maybe Jack 24/7 has gone part-time and is now only 9-5 (Jack59) ?

A shadow of it's former self imo. And the other site is too. This was never a busy enough site to cope with a spilt.

No offence ment to those who have taken it over, and I hope it works out. If people are happy then fair enough and that's all that matters. I've little interst in the views that are now more common on here though.

Football related views, I’m assuming we have the same goal, Swansea City. The sites figures have now doubled in a month, I know Phil is also being successful, I actually use around four swans sites, love them all. Diverse etc.

Glad to hear it and wish you all the best. Both seem far less busier than this site used to be before the split (as in a year ago or more when we could go to the football). It had been tailing off for a while though. As I say though, visitor stats don’t really matter for us as long as people enjoy it. I don’t find that much enjoyment on here since the split (and I was far from part of the cliche). It seems less diverse and the poorer for it.

There just aren't enough hours in the day to look at all the sites. Way back in time, my go to site was the old scfc guestbook. Loved that site. Still not sure how I transitioned to planetswans but it has been home for years. This one does seems very relaxed and amazingly informative at the moment.
