Ingredients
2 oz. dark rum
3 oz. ginger beer
1/2 oz. lime juice (optional)
Directions
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Add rum.
Pour in ginger beer and lime juice.
Stir with a barspoon.
Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy.
That's easy enough , so it's the rum equivalent of a Moscow Mule.
Cuba Libra is dead easy as well , Bacardi and coke with lime.
I have noticed the older generation are funny when it comes to ice in the old days asked if you want ice in your drink it would be 1 lump or 2 , even today when my dad has a pint of coke or similar he won't have ice as he says I'm not paying for water . [Post edited 7 Aug 2020 17:55]
