It will be interesting to see how the case for constructive dismissal being made by Sr Philip Rutnam plays out. I may well be wrong but I suspect it will end up in an “Out of Court settlement” with non disclosure agreements all round. Patel resigned from May’s Government under a bit of a cloud, be interesting to see what a top QC will make of that when she’s giving evidence at the tribunal.
