Your Swans Cult Hero on 17:09 - Apr 11 with 2340 views | krunchykarrot | Ante, most probably the most consistent season of football by a defender at the vetch either brilliant or excellent. Brian Evans Wyndham. Herbie and Mel, all tick my criteria box.
Your Swans Cult Hero on 17:57 - Apr 11 with 2321 views | Catullus | Tommy Hutch, 44 years old he was and still making some players look silly. I suppose it's a measure of how rubbish the team is when a 44 yr old is one of your better players.

Your Swans Cult Hero on 19:21 - Apr 11 with 2293 views | dickythorpe | Phil Williams the goalkeeper in the mid 80's....he wasn't that tall and had a great attitude. Hell of a throw on him as well. Copper now I believe.
Your Swans Cult Hero on 20:27 - Apr 11 with 2271 views | PozuelosSideys | Darren Perrett. All i can remember is the hair and that he was quick. Joao Moreira. All arms and legs Fallon. He should have been good..

Your Swans Cult Hero on 00:00 - Apr 12 with 2155 views | PentyrchJack | I think Tommy will take some beating in this thread. What a fantastic footballer and what an engine. I think he played almost a 1,000 games in his career. Fit as a butcher's dog.

Your Swans Cult Hero on 09:20 - Apr 12 with 2076 views | 1964white | We had Trundle on loan, not as good for Leeds as he was for Swansea although I think he was recovering from a serious injury at the time

Your Swans Cult Hero on 23:32 - Apr 12 with 1951 views | sainthelens | Rajkovic was my first choice. But Trundle was a real entertainer. Used to get to the vetch early just to watch him warm up with his tricks. Often see him out n about...always says hello, good lad.
Your Swans Cult Hero on 23:40 - Apr 12 with 1948 views | JackSomething | Loads of those mentioned were too good to be cult heroes. For one season early on after moving to the Liberty, a mate and I absolutely loved Tom Williams. He was generally average at best, but every now and then he'd go on a run down the left wing and beat a man or two. It usually ended with a poor cross or being tackled, but we loved it because it just looked so unlikely. We'd be going mental when he dribbled past someone and even more nuts on the very rare occasion he'd beat a second man. Everyone around us looked at us like we were loons. Which was probably true.

Your Swans Cult Hero on 23:44 - Apr 12 with 1945 views | JackSomething | He actually fits the title. He cost us £5.5m I think and was a capped Spanish international, so the anticipation was high. He was as likely to pass the ball straight to an opponent as do something great and while I liked him, he never lived up to the hype. He got plenty of abuse on here back in the day, but looked back on fondly in hindsight. Seem ridiculous that the best we could do when selling him during the Monk cull was taking a loss on him.

Your Swans Cult Hero on 02:12 - Apr 13 with 1918 views | PatchesOHoulihan | Seemed to flatter to deceive at the time even though I rated him - watching highlights of old games now he seems to be involved in almost all our goals at the time Think we were all expecting pace which wasn’t his game at all
| This is Patches O'Houlihan saying "Take care of your balls, and they'll take care of you." |
