Great feeling to really punish a team for a mistake and then defend the lead. The Rooney chant after he gave that ball away for the second was joyous.
Funny how these Tuesday night games sometimes warm up in the second half, like everyone needed the first half to shake off the boredom and exhaustion of the day, but perhaps I'm waxing a bit too lyrical in the afterglow of it all :)

The Sky 'red button' live coverage was very basic - only one camera it seemed, no close-ups and no action replays. But, the highlights package later in the evening was more sophisticated. Does anyone understand why the live broadcast was so basic, when all the usual technology was available?

it's always the same on the red button coverage, i imagine it is a cost thing of having staff covering the main game with multi cameras and replays rather than all of them

What was funny about the Sky Red Button coverage was that the commentator was talking the viewers through the replays unaware that none of us could see the bloody things. Amateur hour.

With the second goal, did something happen to Bright? Perhaps someone from the lower loft or that side of SAR can help. I saw him get himself up from the floor. Did he do some sort of celebration?
