It's a not particularly attractive old building that some famous people once appeared at. Well, so was the Vetch and they ripped that down quickly enough.
The place serves no purpose and obviously nobody can make use of it so just demolish and be done with it. | |

It’s a concert hall with massive history which should have been refurbished and used . We’re building a 3600 arena which will very rarely be filled and smashing down our history. I’d have thought Swansea would have learned it’s lessons from axing the mumbles train. | |

Have you wondered around SA1 or through town and glanced at some of the god damnit awful edifices they've erected, hardly becoming of a once beautifull town, or one our future generations are going to be proud of.
Half the new builds won't last 50 years before they will be condemned and flattened.
