How will you be getting around the fact that in order to make an informed decision, the membership will need to know the pro's and con's of the case and the chances of winning, however publishing these details in a public forum would be damaging to the case?
Ordinarily, a party would be in receipt of frank and honest legal advice and then make a decision on whether to proceed. How can that meaningfully happen here? | | | |

You're right in that all details can't be shared, particularly if impacts any future case. It's why for example those preparing these documents need to be privy to all the relevant information and what can/can't be shared, which can only really be a board members and advisors.
What can be shared is details of potential legal options, high-level prospects, and the pros and cons of pursuing the respective options. What I would say is that our legal chaps have signed off on what is being presented, which is probably at the limit of what could be shared publicly. | |
