Is politics b-anned? on 23:51 - Mar 14 with 1399 views | dirk_doone | The big dream of the right wing extremists is that we are going to return to some idealistic Victorian era where the masses are easily exploited, a few of them will make a fortune and England will rule the world. It's not going to happen. It's a different era. The reality is we're all going to be worse off and the United Kingdom will fall apart in the process, with Northern Ireland eventually joining the more affluent south and Scotland getting the hell out of the mess and rejoining the EU while England suffers with worsening poverty and crime. He opened the floodgates for unlimited immigration, just to rub the noses of the right in the fact that he could. In the rest of Europe, they still controlled immigration as is their right. Consequently the effects on communities, infrastructure, NHS etc etc led to the belief (rightly or wrongly)that the EU were to blame for this and people voted accordingly. There are various pimps about who branded it 'racist' but perhaps their communities have not been blighted with overcrowded schools, crime, massive GP waiting lists and so on. It's not racist, it's just unsustainable. If Blair had not allowed this to happen, the referendum would gone in favour of stay. Of course all of this doesn't bother or affect Blair, he's made millions out of being a total cu nt.

Is politics b-anned? on 12:52 - Mar 15 with 1236 views | kentsouthampton | We'll be all right, the future is trading with emerging economies because they are growing, although where that's concerned it's pretty much like claiming to be a better golfer than Tiger woods because you're improving and he's not.
Is politics b-anned? on 17:08 - Mar 15 with 1148 views | Bridders2 | The EU saying they want to set vat rates for Europe and later impose tax rates for everyone, is the last straw for me. We've got to get out as soon as possible.

Fifty years from now?... a hundred maybe?... and the whole region of Europe, as it is today on a map, with become 'Oceania'. One central government, one army, one currency, probably one language (English?). Orwell's novel is uncannily becoming true...

My advice is to stick to football......a subject you obviously know more about.
