I do wonder if you assessment (you're bang on btw) regarding the need to sell is something Potter will have absolutely no say in whatsoever? IMO it's 100% directive/order from H.Q-boardroom.
The problem with the likes of Bony, Dyer, Routledge and Narsingh?... Is they're at the latter stage of their careers, no spring chickens, have absolute sh1te to disappointing recent-ish goal returns and are on wages extremely unlikely to be bettered elsewhere. What other Championship club is likely to step in for their services? PL clubs would not touch any of em with a bargepole. So the only chance of a move is from Europe or Scotland? My money is on they'll ALL still be here at the beginning of February. I wonder if the club will try to pay em off? [Post edited 5 Jan 2019 20:33]

It was a suggestion Swansea Sound's commentator made a short while back, perhaps privvy-time spent in more out of bounds Liberty Stadium area's has given him an inkling of what is to come?... His impression and others is the club still has a few players earning mega-wonga for Championship level and the priority from the clubs owners is to move them on no matter what. It's rather intriguing what the outcome will be, IMO they'll all still be here at the beginning of February because its unlikely any other club will better their wages elsewhere.
