Police presence? 16:21 - Dec 29 with 18966 views | CanaDale | Where exactly were the police after the second goal, flares and missiles being tossed between fans, plastic wannabe hard “men” from both fans, not a pubic hair between them, but someone could have been seriously injured, tinpot. Police presence? on 12:53 - Dec 30 with 3265 views | ColDale | It will be happening. Not sure a confirmation is required as we've seen with previous incidents this season, things are routinely followed up. The concerns from yesterday are out concerns too along with other concerns on the day that are.not in the public domain at this moment in time.
Police presence? on 13:01 - Dec 30 with 3232 views | 100569 | There`s a fans forum coming up shortly. Anybody can attend and I guess that the issue will be raised there in an open forum for all to express their concerns.
Police presence? on 13:06 - Dec 30 with 3214 views | 442Dale | Cheers. Hopefully there will be a positive and noticeable change on the back of further information that is released by the club/responses to the Trust.

Police presence? on 13:09 - Dec 30 with 3193 views | 442Dale | You’d hope that by then we’ll have identified what went wrong/could be done better and everyone will have a better understanding of the problems faced on a matchday, but yes it’s an opportunity for the club to reassure fans that they’ve recognised areas for improvement.

Police presence? on 14:02 - Dec 30 with 3068 views | KenBoon | I note we play Donny Rovers on New Years Day. I think both clubs should be pro-active to make sure schooligans and adults who should know better don't cause trouble. I'm pretty sure it was the Doncaster home game earlier this season when there was trouble, which was apparently because the idiots caused bovva at their 'gaff last season. JHC I cannot believe i'd just had to type that. Adults FFS.
Police presence? on 14:19 - Dec 30 with 3015 views | Windass | Bradford fan here, who always enjoys friendly chat with Dale supporters before and after game in Cemetery pub. Sorry about our fans with the flares. Flares are a complete no-no for most of us due to the terrible fire. The morons who set them off were shouted down by those around them. Police inside ground would have easily nabbed those responsible. Happily that is a rare event for us so shame on those of us who broke the taboo. Interesting comments about ticketing. I arrived at turnstile at 2.40pm but only got in at 3.05 due to few turnstiles open and selling pay on the gate at each one. Why have "reserved seating" and then be told by stewards "sit where you can". We always bring about 2,000 fans to Dale. 1800 are decent but we also always bring about 200 oiks. A few coppers might have stopped those unpleasant scenes in the far corner. Your fan who made the comment about the first 5-6 seats being netted made sense. It didn't need a genius to know a Christmas fixture away to a nearby club when your team is on the up was always going to attract a bumper following from us. As for the game - well we were truly awful for 3 months (as your supporters who saw you win easily at our ground will confirm) but we've finally got our club back. Up the Dale!

Police presence? on 16:26 - Dec 30 with 2793 views | foreverhopefulDale | Hope so. Hopefully took through the criminal justice system too. Such behaviour should be treated by the law the same wherever it happens. [Post edited 30 Dec 2018 16:28]

Police presence? on 18:37 - Dec 30 with 2580 views | judd | Good that both clubs have issued a joint statement so quickly. Did anyone see that lout throwing a tyre at the Bradford fans? The amount of missiles thrown was unbelievable.
| |
Police presence? on 18:46 - Dec 30 with 2553 views | James1980 | A tyre wtf?
| |
Police presence? on 18:56 - Dec 30 with 2524 views | judd | Seriously, James. I read elsewhere they are stored in that corner of the ground when not being used on top of pitch covers. Clearly that one hooligan thought it was a good year to over-inflate his reputation.

Police presence? on 19:36 - Dec 30 with 2426 views | DaleiLama | Surprised they could lift a tyre. How good is our CCTV - good enough to identify individuals or good enough to guess the miscreant has 2 legs or four? Either way they better tread carefully next time they come to the COA. Hopefully they'll be banned for life and good riddance!
