I don’t think it’s necessary for us to install a release clause. Every player and agent knows because of FFP we aren’t the type of club who can afford to hold out for silly money.

For all the (somewhat valid) complaints that we sold off some players a bit cheap, signing Freeman for 300k was absolute daylight robbery and the best piece of business we have done in bloody years in my opinion
