Anyone else on here doing this today?

Just finished my pre-race pasta...it is 5.30am...

Hoping to finish before the Swans game ends 😬

Oh,..Dave, what's occuring?

Had an image of Gower Jack acting like one of those tw@ts in the Crystal Palace crowd

Good luck, Mr Cooper

I can see a bunch of cardigan wearing fellas, Jack Russells in tow, kerb stomping some elderly lady whilst screaming at her "It's not Gower, it's THE GOWER!!!!" (pronounced "gwargh").

No, but good luck!

I’ve always fancied doing a lap of Gower, but on my own terms. Maybe ultralight with a bivvy and do it over a weekend in the summer. Nowhere near fit enough at the moment though.

Good luck, 10 miles is my limit these days.

Well done March

50 miles? f*ck that. Not even to be the man who walks 50 miles to fall down at your door.

Good luck, Mr Cooper

It’s the inevitable conclusion to where your running will take you 😉

Done many marathons. Ultra runners are a different breed.

Not sure I ever have an ultra in me...think the marathon maybe my furthest distance!

Once you’ve successfully run a marathon and found it not as bad as you thought and felt okish at the end and think...I could’ve carried on...you’ll give an ultra a go 😬

Would the runners in Oxwich at lunch time have been part of this? It looked like some were finishing, but there's no way they'd have done a 50. Was there a short version?

There was a 10k, half marathon, marathon and ultra all on the same day, so probably the 10k and half runners
