Quite right, I agree that even if no non white candidates applied we should have pretended there was at least three of them. Or even four. Maybe even one of those ginger fat sweaty types from Ecosse. I've heard though that Phil used to be black but he has whited himself up for public appearances. All in all a wonderful thread, thought provoking and not scared to probe the dark corners of what is clearly a massive hole in Swansea City culture.

Since ECB is in support of a practise he admits is racist on another thread because the context makes it all ok maybe he could go to the next meeting in black face, with an afro wig on, a stereo on his shoulder and say "Yeah man" a lot. This is racist but context matters...he's doing it combat black underrepresentation.
