Would you be affected in a way knowing you wouldn't be starting matches? Obviously what we've seen is that he has been used as a second half sub, and it's given that footballers want to play football, would you be annoyed you aren't in the starting XI?

I don’t think he is anywhere near as annoyed as he would be at being rushed back to playing 90 minutes and his hamstrings go again.

Has said he appreciates Potter's patience and understanding ... so he's probably not worried.
If I suspected pushing myself to play 90 minutes could lead to the end of my career I'd certainly appreciate part time work for full time pay and praise.
