I would think we are bound to sell a few to get some money back. Also we are only allowed a certain amount to register in our squad. Think it's about 25, plus a few academy players and under 25s.

I haven’t heard anything .Everyone knows he’s a real talent but he sulked a bit last season so maybe some clubs are holding fire on him. He may need to get his head down and give Saints another season like Schniderlin and Wanyama had to do. | |

That , for me, is at the crux of the way we compete.
If we manage to keep him then we will be a top half team, lose him and it will be more difficult.
A top class player but unfortunatly he is a nightmare to manage, with Hughes we have a good chance.
Keeping him would be the best bit of buisness done in what's turning out to be a good window.
Just a natural goalscoring striker will make it perfect.....

Yes, doubtless a huge talent in him. But if he has such a bad attitude, is there really any point to keeping him? Seems to me that he will only make us a top ten side if Hughes can get him to knuckle down. | |
