Edit: according to Wiki, the combined height of Perkins/Allen* would be 3.48m
The combined height of Collins/Bremner 3.25m
* Allen is recorded as 1.8m (about 5' 10") which puts those stats into question, but it'd still be a close run thing [Post edited 25 May 2018 13:11]

I really hope the Perkins signing represents a return to playing through the midfield rather than bypassing it. We surely wouldn’t sign someone who is so good on the deck to play hoof ball. A great signing, and one that brings a lot of hope. [Post edited 25 May 2018 17:01]

obviously had become just a squad player at Wigan and coming to an age when he would probably battle for time even more in the championship.
