Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 16:17 - Apr 7 with 1959 views | A1079 | Results not going our way at the moment, not that we should ever have got to the point where we needed to rely on others anyway.
Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 16:38 - Apr 7 with 1935 views | DockersRottingCorpse | Swansea equalising dosnt help. Need a Bournemouth goal as well

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 16:45 - Apr 7 with 1918 views | Kemp_Not_Martin | Chill guys and gals. We have been down for ages, just not mathematically. We all know we are heading down, so enjoy it best you can.

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 16:57 - Apr 7 with 1901 views | saint22 | I dunno 2 games in hand 3 points from safety Can we do it?
Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 16:59 - Apr 7 with 1896 views | BuenosSaint | we might owe bournemouth one there. 3 points for palace would have been a nightmare. 3 points for us would be a dream, but I'd take a point and keep us in touch with the teams above us with the game in hand.....

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 18:21 - Apr 7 with 1785 views | chasaint80 | Beat Bournemouth and Swansea and pick up 2 draws in the other 5 games and we'll stay up on goal difference
Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 18:25 - Apr 7 with 1770 views | Kemp_Not_Martin | So that gives us 36 points. Only 4 more than Swansea and hudds have now and 5 more than Palace. Are we saying that they will not get more then 4 and 5 points respectively?

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 18:42 - Apr 7 with 1750 views | saint68 | We've been heading towards the inevitable for 9 months, mate, despite the majority clearly seeing it. An escape will be through luck and definitely not judgement. I see us getting lucky by Huddersfield slipping up...and not our efforts.

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 18:56 - Apr 7 with 1732 views | KRAZYB | By all accounts Stoke are still fighting for their lives which our lot don't know how to do. We are looking more doomed by the game. Miracle needed now I reckon.
Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 19:06 - Apr 7 with 1712 views | Leslie_Hughes | The Huddersfield vs Watford match is vital now. If they don’t win they have Everton home and then an awful run in. If they don’t win one of those matches they are within reach. Let’s say they win one and draw one of these home games, that’ll be 36 points. Maybe Watford can punch one in.

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 19:20 - Apr 7 with 1693 views | jordan_sibley | It's now at the stage where we need to win one we have little chance of winning. Like away at Arsenal.

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 19:21 - Apr 7 with 1693 views | saint68 | Its a Sorry state of affairs Les,when we have to rely on anyone other than ourselves to assure our survival. But I just have this feeling that Huddersfield will save the blushes of a management that took their collective eyes of the most important thing.

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 19:22 - Apr 7 with 1693 views | chasaint80 | Just my prediction based on everyone else's remaining fixtures. I think 36 will be enough with our goal difference All of Swansea Huddersfield and palace have barely averaged a point per game so providing one of them continues that form 36 will do it [Post edited 7 Apr 2018 19:28]

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 19:28 - Apr 7 with 1677 views | saint68 | So a point tomorrow, 6 points from Bournemouth and Swansea and a draw against Chelsea would do. Having seen last week's white flag display, I just can't see it...but it's a funny old game.

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 19:31 - Apr 7 with 1671 views | chasaint80 | On current form I can't see us doing it either but if we did I think it'll be enough just
Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 19:40 - Apr 7 with 1650 views | saint68 | You could well be right, in a way it's far more interesting than finishing comfortably with 2 months to go 😂

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 19:44 - Apr 7 with 1641 views | Leslie_Hughes | Leicester and Everton are matches we could get a win. They might be in summer holiday mode.

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 19:51 - Apr 7 with 1631 views | Leslie_Hughes | If we play like we have for the last 2 matches arsenal will beat us easily. It’s a good time to play them though. They have the europa league that’s their only real interest. Win that and they’re in champions league. I don’t think they’ll catch Chelsea for the last europa league place, and I think they’d rather not qualify for it anyway. Champions league via Europa league or bust. After fielding a very strong side Thursday, they might not be right up for tomorrow.

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 19:57 - Apr 7 with 1615 views | straight_pass | J Rod did his part today; scored against Swansea to keep them within reach, unfortunately the Swans also have some fight and scoring ability left and they levelled. We need an incredible run of good luck to survive, it’s a real shame we no longer have players like Jay who can scrap and know where the goal is! But Les obviously thought it would be good to collect some funds for an awesome striker, and he did just that with Carrillo.
Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 20:00 - Apr 7 with 1608 views | saint68 | Imagine if Carrillo scores his only goal for us against city on the final day to save us!!!! Would be the funniest thing that ever happened 🤣😃😄😅😂😆

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 20:34 - Apr 7 with 1558 views | straight_pass | Yes, its a great theme for a Walt Disney fantasia, they always keep you waiting for the happy ending; unfortunately, they are also pure fiction! But I must agree it would be very ironic and so funny, scoring his first and last goal in the PL on the final day, ha, ha! 😱
Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 22:27 - Apr 7 with 1463 views | Gennaro_Contaldo | I thought the results were okay for Saints personally ... not sure why all the fuss!?

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 22:44 - Apr 7 with 1454 views | Letiss7 | Good evening, i like everyone on here bar a few, are clutching at straws as to whether we will survive. I have come across an interesting fact that we can all hold on to for the remaining weeks of the season. It is week 33 of the premiership, and in the previous four seasons one of the bottom three at this stage have gone on to escape relegation. It can be done, so although it looks bleak, maybe just maybe we might survive.
Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 00:14 - Apr 8 with 1383 views | dirk_doone | It seems that our rivals are grinding out draws, which is what I'd have expected from Pellegrino. The Newcastle game was the first where we just capitulated and got easily beaten and it made it hard to justify keeping him any longer. But, the problem is, Hughes's Stoke team this season have been characterized by their lack of fighting spirit and have capitulated, like we did against Newcastle, over and over again, 0-3 to West Ham, 0-4 and 0-5 to Chelsea, 1-5 to Spurs, 2-7 to Man City etc (they've shown a bit more spirit under Lambert but probably too late to save them from the damage Hughes did), so Hughes is the worst possible manager to grind out the points we need to stay up. I still hope he does and I'm going to watch us play Chelsea twice in spite of Hughes's results against them this season, hoping that there's still a chance. It's the hope that gets you.

Today's PL games at the foot of the table... on 01:29 - Apr 8 with 1354 views | pete_boggs | I'm going to start a collection for Les if that nasty Gao unfairly sacks him after all he's done for Saints. Do you want to be the first one to make a contribution? I've certainly been enjoying watching us being humiliated match after match and watching prima donna 'footballers' stealing large sums of cash from hardworking fans. Glad to see that you are enjoying it as well. Perhaps your missus kicks off your day with leather gauntlet round the chops just to freshen you up.
