I wasn't planning to, but the character we showed on Saturday and the brilliant support, behind the team even when we were losing, convinced me to get tickets for it.

It's always noisiest at the shallow end

Me too. Great chance to send them down as well.

Just a shame that it's such a soulless ground miles from anywhere. Such a contrast to Craven Cottage of Loftus Road.

There'll be tickets available on the day at the away end kiosk, there normally is.

It's the first game after an international break FFS, so only a defeat is possible.

You are all mad.

Tickets are a decent price as well. One Old Gits and an U18s for £18.

When do we ever play well against the crap sides? Its the Qpr way and it always has been.Put a bet on Reading tearing us apart and Ollie blaming the international break for the defeat.

We'll take loads, full of optimism, play like tarts, get done 1-0 off a scrappy goal from somebody who hasn't scored since the cretaceous period. It's what we do.

A bit like Forest in November then?Or any other year?

My first away game for a couple of seasons. Localish for me, £20, few fakes mates going too, can't go wrong. Shame its a 5.30pm not a 3pm though.
I have a pretty dire away record....last two were 4-0 defeats (Brighton and Fulham) so not expecting much apart from a few beers pre and post match.

Where to drink?

Have only ever been to that boozer right outside the station for this game.

Anyone recommend anywhere else?

Reading away on 13:54 - Mar 20 with 7549 viewsBoston

I had problems finding somewhere to drink on my last trip to Reading - probably because I was eight.

Apologies in advance of this has been covered elsewhere but why the 5.30 kick off if we're not on the tellybox? Tempted to go as I'm not far away but 3.00 would have been much more preferable.

QPR 2-0 Bolton
QPR 1-0 Barnsley
Burton 1-3 QPR
Birmingham 1-2 QPR

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

I can’t comment on the away games but I was at both home games against Bolton and Barnsley and we made bloody hard work of winning those games.

My head office is just outside Reading although i try and spend as little time as possible there. The trooper potts is alright apparently, about 20min walk from the ground.

Is parking a big deal going there?
0

Reading away on 16:18 - Mar 21 with 6780 viewsted_hendrix

We demolished the large car park last year and all along Imperial Way is now a big fck off building site (ours) go down Imperial Way to the Holiday Inn they do parking, I park in Witley Wood as a rule and have a ten minute walk.
Word of warning, from the Bracknell turn off to the Reading turn off on the M4 is all roadworks that are littered with speed cameras

Stam sacked so will be interesting to see who they put in and what effect that has. We are usually quite good at managers on their first appearances.

Never knowingly right.
