Red

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Not in control over the top of the ball.

Red. Ref bottled it because it was early on.

Yeah, being early was the reason he didnt see Red.

You could see by his body language that he knew it was really a Red.

That shouldn't make any difference at all, Neil Taylor was sent off after a couple of minutes when we played Forest.

He went to check to see how bad Clucas injury was before deciding. Disgraceful decision, should have been a red, he knew it was a bad one.

It was almost as if they were coached to do it. Clucas was our MOM in the last game and we struggle for cover at full back. So they nail Sam and Kyle early on. This was followed by a string of niggling fouls all through the match.
The ref should have taken their captain aside and warned that cards will follow if they kept disrupting our play. Instead he was weak all though the match and let the niggles continue.

If Clucas' foot was grounded and he caught him it could have been nasty.

Not like Anthony Taylor to dish out red cards.....Oh wait.

It was a stinker of a foul, the first of many they dished out today

Chatting to a Leicester fan on the train home. He said it happened right in front of him, and he thought it was a red. He felt they were lucky that it happened that early in the game. It shouldn’t matter when it happened though.

There were doubts about their goal too for offside. Obviously MOTD didn't want to dwell too long on our bad luck. The second time they got the ball in the net was bizarre.
The decision by the ref to wave play on after the linesman had clearly signalled an offside was a disgrace. At least the linesman stuck by his guns.

Red.

Anthony Taylor. Gives Fer a red for a trip at Wolves and gives that a yellow.

Not surprised. Another in a long line of useless tw@ts.

As I saw it, the ref hadn't seen the offside flag at all and was waving play on after a possible foul on Diabate (?) after he'd cut inside. There's no way he would have waved play on for an offside.

Another strong example of the need for VAR. Both of those decisions were borderline embarrassing.

He saw the linesmans flag and waved play on.Whether he thought the flag was for some other reason other than offside is incidental. Why have they got microphones .Why didn't he communicate?

Red - refs often bottle it if foul like that committed early in match. Wrong but it's almost like you get a free hit. Compare that to Red Fer had?

Red IMO - both players were lucky that Clucas didn't have his studs in the turf when Diabate made contact.

The lino flagged offiside for Vardy’s goal?

Incorrect. I've just watched it again. The player who was offside cut inside and was fouled. That's what the ref waved play on for.

No mate. We're talking about the disallowed goal.

If in doubt, go look here at about 1:50 mins in.

The standard of officiating is poor in general, take Stuart Atwell yesterday, how he didn’t gave a penalty for the challenge on Scott McTominay beggars belief! Saying that, whoever gave atwell a whistle needs shooting, but come next Saturday they’ll be out there again robbing a living.

Quite right. However, that red was in favour of the home team (Forest) that day and if I remember rightly (I was there) one of our players put in a tough challenge moments before (nothing given) and when Taylor made the challenge, the roar from the crowd was extremely loud and they were baying for blood! Ref got caught along with the moment maybe. Great game though, resolute and I always ponder that the Taylor sending off gave us the grit to not lose that day - may have lost if it hadn't happened even! Spotting Curt and his son-in-law in the terraces in front of us at the end, all chanting his name just added to it. Sorry fore dragging the thread off topic!

Can anybody put together a comparison of the two incidents (Fer's red and the hit on Clucas) just to get it on social media to highlight to the world that Leicester are protected by Lineker :) They had so many fouls go unpunished.

That was a red all day long and though we might not have managed to capitalise on our numerical advantage, we would have been in an excellent position.

Vardy was offside by a whisker but they don't want to harp on about that.

He is 32 next birthday so his pace is going to catch up with him.
