Please watch Carroll when our players have the ball. He just stands there pointing, oblivious to his position or how he can impose a real danger by moving a couple of yards. If he stepped to the right when Nath cut inside there he'd have had a free shot on goal from 20 yards. Instead he stood still pointing for Nath to pass back to the halfway line.
