With the news that Pennock went this morning I wondered how many managers have been sacked or left their post after games against us.
Maybe it's me imagining it but it feels unproportionally higher than other clubs. Perhaps the little old Rochdale tag? Or just timing. | | | |  |

you are right the % must be incredible.
Chairman must think we need to win today against Rochdale!! Boom - we do our stuff and the manager goes a few days later.
The most famous example I think must be Oxford. They sacked 3 managers in one season from memory and every time it was after a Dale win against them. 2 x league games and the FA cup!!

You're getting a bit carried away there, ale, it was only two sackings!
Graham Rix after we beat them in the FA Cup in November 2004, followed by Ramon Diaz after we beat them in the last home game of the same season.
To be fair, though, they were both already on borrowed time.
