Seeing as Joma our kit supplier is a Spanish company is it feasible that Baston was signed as part of the deal? Im sure ive heard that Nike and other sports companies sometimes meddle in a footballers transfer?

Yes Joma insisted that they'd only supply our kit if we spunked 15 million on Baston.... it all makes sense now 👍

Hardly cut price, if we had to pay 15 million for a player to model their kit on the bench.

I think I know what you're saying. It's a similar case with Ki, I'm convinced he's only still with us because of our last few shirt sponsors being from Asia. He had a mention in the Bet East announcement. Does make you think.
