We are bottom of the league and nailed on with every bookmaker for relegation, people asking for marquise signings to bolster the squad are in for disappointment, I will be surprised if we break the magical 5 mill barrier on any players, any players coming here are taking a massive gamble and if the club do surprise and splash out on anyone, you can be certain there will be a clause that they are sold on if we are relegated, I personally think that Narsingh and Caroll are about the highest standard of player we can hope for. | | | |  |

Key top loanees until the end of the season that's the route for me, and one which PC would have earmarked surely with his wealth of connections. I guess the stumbling block would be high wages albeit for 4-5 months.
But bringing in top quality players short term would improve the overall quality of the team , which is what needs to happen. As opposed to DOF option which is to bring in < 5m players which realistically isn't going to make a huge amount of difference not in this league anyway. Might give us some improvement in the Championship !!
