Afraid I can't help with an answer particularly that far in to the PO area, but as far as etiquette goes .................... well there is none other than advising what your top 3 biscuits are (as long as bourbons , custard creams and ginger nots are included), and also learn to ignore some of the political rants that get going and don't get involved in whether you're a Brexiteer or Remainer (yes that one still comes up now and again)
