Bristol steps up police presence in city centre to combat Islamophobia on 12:24 - Dec 23 with 829 views | RiverSticks | Speaking out against something isn't a hate crime, attacking someone in Bristol who had nothing to do with a terrorist attack in Berlin just because they are muslim is though. The Police are there for everybodys protection.

Bristol steps up police presence in city centre to combat Islamophobia on 13:26 - Dec 23 with 765 views | Heisenberg | I know you might struggle with it but here are the facts. Two days ago the police in Bristol issued a statement saying that in the light of the Berlin attacks they were stepping up their presence in the city centre and around the Christmas market. They also said that there had been an increase in reported hate crimes and that they hoped the increasing in policing would deter this and ensure all members of the public had a safe and secure Christmas. The real criminals in this is the local rag of a paper which stirred up a non story. A paper that is owned by the Daily Mail. Funny that.

That paper really has an awful lot to answer for, its the fkn pits with all the propaganda, nasty slander it peddles Unfortunately those who read it believe what it says and hence the state of the country we now live in, oh and sneaking a look at Mail Online counts too
Bristol steps up police presence in city centre to combat Islamophobia on 14:42 - Dec 23 with 714 views | dune | I don't believe everything it says, I like what it says. There's a difference. Personally I prefer the Telegrapgh for high brow news, although I do find The Daily Mail most effective for rail travel (if strategically placed on the table) in deterring undesirable sorts from seating themselves next to me. Newspapers are good for the crosswords, Sudoku, and the funnies (which may include the editorial). Handy for lighting fires too.
