Totally agree. Everton are about to sign Bolasie apparently for 20 mil,decent player but prem to prem signings from now on will be for a stupid fee with players given wages that will mean they will never have to look for another club.

When you think Chelsea received 50m(not much hope of re-sale value either) under false pretences for David Luiz on the pretence that he was a top defender, 47.5m would seem reasonable in comparison.
Maybe in a minority of one but think Stones will become a top player for club and Country.
Judging him on last season is a bit harsh as Roberto didn't really pay much attention to the back door hence the back line were constantly swimming against the tide, Stones didn't get a lot of help tbh. | | | |
