I wouldn't worry yet. When we signed Bidwell, JFH clearly said when interviewed about the signing that it was great because now we genuinely had competition "between Jack and Jake".

I'd imagine he's picked up a knock or is doing intensive physio whilst they have the time.

Hope he is OK, but strange lack of information and can not find him in per season lineups.

He played in Holland, one of the early games. Maybe he had a reaction?

I was watching a documentary the other day that said the deciding factor in the battle of Agincourt was the long throw.

Played first 45 mins at Aldershot and looked very comfortable. Complete team changed at half time.

Bidwelll strikes me as the Ian Dawes, play every game, 7/10 week in week out type, so not sure how many chances our Byronic Scouser is going to get.

I heard the same from a Brentford fan who goes to all of the games. Said Bidwell is a good player, but nothing spectacular. Just always gives his all, and always gets a 7/10

I'm not convinced Hasselbaink has a lot of faith in his legs.

the deciding factor in the battle of Agincourt was that we were fighting the French.

Maybe he's just been too eager to impress after so long out, but the way he plays an injury or suspension may always be around the corner.

I'll be delighted if Bidwell does turn out to be the 7/10 every week type.

Only all guesswork of course, but I would imagine that if he has had a serious knockback we'd have had a press release?

Tough life, being a footballer. Wouldn't want a press release every time i got a knock back, ffs!
